    It seems that "Zhe ge tai dian shi zai yi zi shang"means "there is a TV on the chair". This can be fine:Zhe you tai dian nao zai zhuo zi shang. What's more ,"computer"is "dian nao". But as a whole, it's very good.

    In Chiese, we use two kinds of word together to tell others the amount of things. We call them "数词(shuci)" and "量词(liangci)". Like the way you descripe something uncountable, you say "a glass of water" when you are not really wanting to call for attention to the "glass". It is used to tell others how much you have. In Chinese, we give it the name "量词(liangci)"， and "a" is called "数词(shuci)". These kind of words are together used to depict both countable and uncountable nouns, not only for uncountable nouns. 就像你们英语中说“一杯水”一样，你并不是想告诉人家你有一个杯子，而是想告诉别人你有多少水。这里，“杯”就被我们叫做“量词”，而“一”则被叫做数词。在英语中，这种搭配只用来修饰不可数名词，而在中文里则是所有的名次都用它们来修饰. However, we can only one of each kinds of words to describe one thing. So you can't use "ge" and "tai" at the same time, because they are both belong to "liangci".
